Rent Flow HQ operates entirely on your device using local storage only. All information you enter into the app—including tenant details, payment records, expenses, artisan contacts, and analytics—is stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or data collection services.

Rent Flow HQ does not integrate with any external analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking services. Your usage of the app is completely private.

We do not use your information because we do not have access to it.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we have no ability to access, view, or use any information you enter into Rent Flow HQ. The app functions entirely offline on your device without any data transmission to external servers.

Rent Flow HQ requests the following permissions to function properly:

• Storage Permission

  Required to save your data locally on your device

• Contacts Permission (Optional)

  Only requested if you choose to import artisan contacts from your device's contact list. This permission is entirely optional and only used when you explicitly select this feature

• Standard App Permissions

  Basic permissions required for normal app operation (such as running in the background for reminders)

All permissions are used solely for local functionality on your device. No data accessed through these permissions is ever transmitted externally.

All your data is stored locally on your device using secure local storage mechanisms. The security of your data depends on:

• •Your device's operating system security

We recommend keeping your device secured with a password, PIN, or biometric lock to protect your information.

If you wish to completely remove all data, simply uninstall the application from your device.

Since Rent Flow HQ stores all data locally on your device and does not transmit any data, there are no international data transfers. Your data never leaves your device regardless of your location.
